Moses Cottage is a beautiful Xisto stone house with four single beds thoughtfully arranged across two open-plan levels. A large wood-burning stove offers warmth and ambiance on cooler nights, while its private bathroom features a thermodynamic shower, compost toilet, and a second wood burner to create a spa-like, earthy retreat. Step outside to enjoy a spring-water plunge pool, a wooden deck with loungers, hammocks swaying in the breeze, and sweeping sunset views over the valley.

Tucked into the rolling hills of the Serra de Estrela mountains, Vale de Moses is a sanctuary of stillness. Surrounded by ancient forest, flowing rivers, and the hum of nature’s rhythm, this land becomes more than a location — it becomes a guide.

This is a 9-day journey into your body, your breath, and your energy.

We will guide you through a deep, somatic process of release across your 7 energy centers, dedicating one full day to each center: using movement, meditation, breathwork, and the intuitive wisdom of your inner system.

Whether you’ve been feeling stuck in old emotional patterns, carrying a weight that words haven’t yet been able to reach, or simply know something is ready to shift, this retreat is here to help you let go, not just in theory, but in practice.
