Tucked into the rolling hills of the Serra de Estrela mountains, Vale de Moses is a sanctuary of stillness. Surrounded by ancient forest, flowing rivers, and the hum of nature’s rhythm, this land becomes more than a location — it becomes a guide.

This is a 9-day journey into your body, your breath, and your energy.

We will guide you through a deep, somatic process of release across your 7 energy centers using movement, meditation, breathwork, and the intuitive wisdom of your own system.
